Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery to all UK postcodes on orders over £75.00*. All items are shipped from a UK warehouse and most items can be tracked online using a consignment number and delivery postcode. All items are on a delivery to door basis, palletised deliveries are kerbside only
Orders will be processed and shipped the following day, larger items such as large teak tables and sets will be on a 3-5 day service as standard via a palletised network and the company will call directly to book in with you. Mid size Teak items will be shipped on a next day service with Tuffnells. Smaller items will be shipped either by DPD next day or Hermes as standard. Packaging
We work with our suppliers to provide the right amount of packaging with the minimum amount of waste. Cushions are packaged in plastic with parasols, chairs, benches and tables all packaged in cardboard which when handled correctly provides sufficient protection.
